It's been a hot minute since my last blog post, so let's catch up! Want to know the latest news and what this closed door romance author has been up? LOL, me too! Hahahahaha...

Just kidding, sorry, I've been absent here, but I have been busy. So Written in the Deep released--pretty sure I've shared about that. Readers (and I hope you are one of them) have been loving it. I'm extremely grateful for that.

I did the giveaway and announced the winner. Congratulations again to her.

AND, I did a thing. I'm pretty sure you know that I'm a self-published author. But did you know that being such, EVERYTHING is left up to me? Sales? I arrange them. Marketing needs? That's on me. Book signings? You guess it, that is also in my ballpark. And I've scheduled one!

Yes, I did. This coming Sunday, April 27th, 2025, from 6-9pm at a local business called, The Peacock https://www.tastepeacock.coffee/, I will be doing an Author Meet and Greet. We'll be serving charcuterie and chocolate cake. AND, I'll be signing books and handing out swag. So if you're in the area, PLEASE stop by. It's an open house event, so don't feel you must stay long. Also, please share this event with your friends.

I really want to do them proud as I'm the FIRST author to have an event there.

I've been trying to build my newsletter. Currently, I have the Out of the Blue prequel chapters available for download to people who sign up. But I'm working on a whole NEW story.

The second book I ever wrote, nearly ten years ago is called, The Lost and Found. It's the story of Crimson Sage and Josiah, and in this story, you meet three brothers who live in Nags Head, South Carolina. Well, I'm working on a new book about these three brothers. It'll be three novellas, one for each of the brothers, Cam, Fynn, and Rafe. I'm several thousand words into Cam's story. He's the oldest brother. This novella, once written, will be another reader magnet for newsletter growth, at least until I get the rest of the book written. Then, I'll most-likely come up with a new one.

I'm always writing, that's for certain. Currently, I have three separate books that I'm working on. Stay tuned for more news on those.
